Duelio has both a standalone app and an iMessage extension. Open Duelio from your Home Screen for the game catalog, online play, Friends, tournaments, leaderboards, and the Shop.

To play through Messages, open a conversation, tap the + (or the app drawer above the keyboard), and choose Duelio. You can then send a game invite into that conversation.

Turn-based games (chess, pool, darts, word games and more) can be played asynchronously in Messages: take your turn, send it, and the game updates in the conversation. The standalone app also supports turn-based online rooms through Find Game, Host Online, and Join with Code.

Live games (Draw, Trivia Rush, Word Bomb, the card games and more) run in real time with a ready room and in-game chat. Players can join from a Duelio invite or from the standalone app while the room is available.

For live rooms, use Report Player by tapping the player's seat. Hosted tournaments and invitations also include reporting controls. You can block a player from Duelio's social controls, or email contact@metkapps.com with what you saw and when. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour, and act on them, within 24 hours.

For turn-based games the message travels through iMessage itself, so Apple's own tools are the effective ones there: block the sender in Messages and report the message to Apple.

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details. To request a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.

Duelio offers Pro, hint packs, cosmetics and bundles, tournament hosting credits, and gifts. You can open the Shop from the standalone app or its iMessage extension.

Use Restore Purchases in the Shop to restore eligible non-consumable purchases. Consumable purchases are delivered once; if a completed purchase does not appear, contact us and do not include payment-card details.

In the standalone app, open Settings → Legal → Social Privacy → Delete Social Data and Analytics. This deletes your social profile, public Duelio ID, friendships, requests, blocks, challenges, recent-player records, sent social messages, hosted-tournament ownership and participation data, leaderboard entry, and linked first-party analytics.

Deleting the app removes its local copy, but it does not by itself delete server-hosted social or tournament data, and iCloud-backed game data may return after a reinstall. Device/iCloud statistics and App Store or gift records are not removed by the social-deletion control. Feedback and safety reports have separate retention rules.
