Duelio lives inside Messages. Open a conversation, tap the + (or the app drawer strip above the keyboard), and pick Duelio. The full game catalog opens right there — choose a game and send the invite into the conversation.

Turn-based games (chess, pool, darts, word games and more) travel inside the conversation itself — take your turn, send it, and the bubble updates for everyone. Play whenever you like.

Live games (Draw, Trivia Rush, Word Bomb, the card games and more) open a real-time match with a ready room and in-game chat. Everyone in the conversation can hop in while the match is running.

Email contact@metkapps.com with what you saw and when. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour, and act on them, within 24 hours.

For turn-based games the message travels through iMessage itself, so Apple's own tools are the effective ones there: block the sender in Messages and report the message to Apple.

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details. To request a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.

Duelio Pro and hints are tied to your device and shared between the app and its iMessage extension automatically.

Delete the app. Your stats, unlocks, settings and name are stored on your device only, and deleting Duelio deletes that on-device data. Feedback you have already sent remains in the protected developer inbox until manually deleted. Live-match data on our server expires on its own — usually within about four hours of a match being abandoned. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
